This Bavaria 44-3 in Menorca, to rent at Own Ship Yacht Charter, is a spacious boat, with three two-person sleeping cabins. The galley has hot and cold water, refrigeration unit, gas cooker with oven and a double sink. behind the galley is the toilet and shower. The spacious front cabin has a private toilet and shower. At starboard is the navigation area. Of course, this ship has much outside space, mainly due to a dual wheel positioned behind the cockpit. Behind the cockpit is the bathing platform with swim ladder and shower. All lines are from the cockpit.
The boat is very comfortable with flat screen TV + DVD. The owner's cabin has comfortable pocket spring mattresses. For the competitive sailor, a multi-purpose sail (also known as genaker) is available.
At the starboard rudder is a GPS chart plotter so that each trip easily from the deck to monitor. For those at night or in poor visibility navigation (very rare on the Balearic Islands) there is a radar. The boat is surrounded with a safety net so that you feel comfortable with small children.
The base is Menorca (Mahon berth): greater than party island Ibiza, smaller than Majorca. More beaches than Majorca and Ibiza combined. For half natural and proclaimed 'genetic reservoir' for a number of rare animals such as eagles and turtles. But also the largest natural deep sea port in Europe, a pleasant capital (Mahon), an interesting historic town (Ciutadella), over 50 idyllic anchorages (cala) with beaches and prehistoric caves. But above all, a sailing paradise.
